‘Survivor’ 37 episode 3 preview trailer: The ‘powerful’ and ‘geeky’ battle thunder storm in ‘I Am Goliath Strong’ [WATCH]

The third episode of “Survivor: David vs. Goliath,” titled “I Am Goliath Strong,” airs Wednesday, October 10 on CBS. Once again, Fiji’s rainy season will wreak havoc on the castaways’ lives, with host Jeff Probst even shouting, “That was big!” as a thunderclap booms during a challenge. Watch the preview trailer for “Survivor” Season 37, Episode 3 above.

The biblical battle between the Davids and the Goliaths will rear its ugly head in the third episode, with the promo video proclaiming, “One tribe is all powerful. The other a little geeky.” At the Goliath camp Jeremy Crawford and Natalie Cole apparently get into a tussle about strategy when he asks, “You throwing my name out there?” Natalie responds to his accusation, “Why would I talk about you, Jeremy?”

Meanwhile, over at the David beach, Gabby Pascuzzi and Christian Hubicki are seen calmly basket weaving. “The nerds have it,” she proudly proclaims. The trailer ends with the oldest member of the David tribe, Carl Boudreaux, wiping tears from his eyes as he whispers, “I didn’t expect this game to be this hard.”

The Davids have their work cut out for them if they want to even things out, as they’ve already lost two tribe members: Pat Cusack was medically evacuated on Day 3 and Jessica Peet was blindsided by her allies on Day 6. So far the only challenge the Davids have won was in the first episode when Christian and Lyrsa Torres got to choose which hurdles each team would run on the boat.
